In case you're wondering why there's no portrait for the first driver, that's because of the actual driver Jacques Villeneuve meaning that AFAIK no F1 game could feature his name or his likeness at the time. The games usually called him either Williams, Driver Williams or Driverone Williams. Looking around just say "licensing reasons" but wouldn't be surprised if the disagreement between Williams and him as well as his behaviour at the time had something to do with it, he is extremely vocal regarding his opinions to the point where the FIA felt like getting rid of him.

The later EA F1 games do have Jacques Villeneuve though when he moved to BAR (not sure about the Sony ones).
