So, I wasn't able to find out the name of this crab (and I tried pretty hard). There is a fourth crab in the initial toy set, but it looks nothing like this one here. There were apparently three more crabs released, but they were just recolors of Bimini and Turks. So I went with the game's internal name for this crab, since I had nothing else. The only thing I wasn't able to check is the game manual, which I don't have. Maybe her name in there? Otherwise, this crab seemingly has no official name.
