That's Ralph Macchio who plays as Daniel LaRusso from the 80s hit classic Karate Kid is portrayed 6th line up and 3rd from the left in a blue robotised form, and again two lines up from there as he appears in his green zombified form wearing his karate gi. He's portrayed in a lot of forms here, another as a rocket man, another with a tank for a body as well as his ordinary form.

Tom Kalinski who ran SEGA's American subsidiary division during the Mega Drive days (which they had to re-name as the Genesis in the USA due to an existing copyright in that region) is parodied as Director Cool - portrayed as a traitor from within who ends up working for Dogma (Sony/Nintendo parody) as a double agent - 19th line up 5 along from the left.

And SEGA making fun of Nintendo's Shigeru Miyamoto (Mario, Zelda and Pikmin etc) on the line 15th up and to the far left, wearing a type of Mormans monk cloak while clutching Majora's mask from the Legend of Zelda Majora's mask - which was Nintendo's big Zelda game at the time SEGA brought SEGAGAGA out.

And Yuji Naka of SEGA, is 9th line up and 4th along from the right, wearing a blue shirt with Sonic's face from the 1998 Sonic Dreamcast reveal.
