Yes, that is indeed Snick.
@DogToon64 The Noise block was used in Peppino’s Xmas Break, it’s just hidden outside the tower.
@DogToon64 the blocks are unlocked for beating the "Snick Challenge" stage, not for getting all the cowboy tasks
@IAmAlsoOnRoblox: The Peppino and Snick blocks appear in the SAGE 2019 demo when you complete all of the cowboy tasks, meanwhile The Noise block is unused (and judging by the colors, it was possibly going to be used in Peppino's Xmas Break since you could play as The Noise when you complete the stage but was replaced by the present outside the tower).
