@Conker the Squirrel I tried submitting my recreations of the sonic sprites, but they got denied

i see no IDW sprites, i'm sure eventually IDW characters will be submitted, no rush, just an observation

Am I one of the only people here on tSR that prefers the adventures of sonic the hedgehog over satam, and thinks AoSth is the best sonic show and satam is the worst sonic show? :P

Has anyone noticed that "The Adventures of Sonic and Donut Lord" comic was made with the sprites used in the credits? But with the exception of the Mayhem being replaced by Robotnik's truck in the chase, and having new sprites backgrounds apart from Green Hills, Sonic's Cave, the Baseball Court, the Piston Pit, the Transamerica Pyramid, Egypt, China, France and Green Hills at nighttime, having now San Francisco and Sonic's new Room. Also having sprites for Tom and Maddie Wackowski and a side view of Tom's truck. I think it's possible to recreate those same sprites. It's weird that there wasn't any sprites of Agent Stone.

Fun Fact: Spoiler:The 2020 movie one is before the classic, original game, Sonic 1.

Recreations of the credits could definitely go here.

Looking at the pirates of the credits and the music video, as it is just the movie credits with a bunch of rappers added in, I have made a list of notable assets for remakes.

stuff like sonic or the green hill rocks appear to be badly upscaled, there is also the blocky bushes. Some stuff appear normal, such as the ground, mountains and plant stem. Also the trees in the background are not new sprites :( , the CRT filter also makes this harder. {assets: deep bg trees, bushes, sonic, podium*, telephone wire)

Cave is promising for sonic sprites (comics and guitar) also there is some background elements that look nice (the vines), along with several objects.

Baseball stadium has and interesting colour pallet.

Jim Carrey has a nice sprite, although hard to see due to the CRT, the egg robots and the truck appear to be at a different scale to Jim Carrey.

Theres a city bg using collision chaos sprites that looks interesting

the diner looks mostly original, maybe using some elements from Mirage Saloon, ripping that would be the most interesting

the "Egg babushka" as I call it looks like it could be interesting, so does the building in the background.

The egg mobile and the San Francisco background look nice,

finally, the eggman face at the end is pixelated around the mouth and goggles, it is not anywhere else.

Probably, they also are in a music video on youtube, I think there was even more of them, so I might see if I can make them, especially since many sprites are taken from sonic games (for example the wheels seem to be from Sonic 2).

Hm, if someone were to remake the sprites from Spoiler:the movie's credits, would they go here?

Hopefully, when there's enough sprites from either the comic series or from the TV/Anime Series, they'll get their own sections. :)

Wonder if there'll be an IDW section soon!

I can't wait for the Sonic Boom stuff... yaaaay.
(But in all seriousness I love the designs from sonic boom, just not the game.)

@Yagoshi I haven't seen many spritesheets made for the characters yet. Mainly just single or animated idle sprites. Would be great to see a Genesis styled Tangle.

I recall a Metal Sonic sheet in that distinctive style on MFZ, it hasn't been uploaded to the main series page yet.
