DID this get updated?
@JodosDoTails true
@deltaConduit but the rule of "Do not edit" is the same for the other sprites? I mean, we can change their palettes and create new positions for Tails, Amy, Mighty, Ray, Espio and others?
Sick as the usual
Hey I just wanted to mention the first of the up 'n' back sprites it a little broken (the bottom of the shoes is shifted left by a pixel)
wowow
@Norikku again, i'd rather the sprites be edited more transformatively than simple palette changes if people REALLY want to mess with them. lazy edits just rub me the wrong way :p
@deltaConduit I did mean the sonic 2 palette, but i also meant the sonic crackers palette or the palette used in that composite genesis sonic sheet by dolphman
@delta Well that was an example. I mean just adjusting the palette to fit other pre-existing sprites in general to make the transition less jarring.
@Doc von Schmeltwick they wouldve said sonic 2 i think :p
@delta I think they mean like, giving them the Sonic 2 palette.
@fryeatergavin as long as they're not used for exe slop, idc :p
to everyone asking: if you're ONLY changing the colors, then no, palette editing is not allowed. if you wanna make meaningful, non-lazy changes to the sprites themselves, THEN it's okay.
Are color palette edits allowed? Like changing the blurple fur to a lighter blue or something
just out of curiosity, is there a "don't use these in [__]" rule of some kind for these sprites?(not like the "no edits" rule
