It's been a good while for someone to bring up Ashura again
For people not knowing who Ashura is, there was a glitch in Sonic 2 that bugged out Sonic's palette to a green-black color scheme. Sonic fans did what they always do and gave the palette glitch a name and made LOADS of fanart.
