I think it may be due to a misconception or misunderstanding because people kept calling her that despite the correction.
This is so cool, I hope somebody uses her in their sprite comic.

Wait, did we go back to calling her "Wapeach" on this site instead of "Walpeach?" again? I swear the other Wa(l)peach custom was "Wapeach" first then got changed to "Walpeach", but now that one and this one are "Wapeach" again?
