These look really great. Also, really pretty colors!!
The way I did it was by editing the Shy Guy sprites from Yoshi’s Story (shrinking and color correcting to make it fit). There was some major sprite edits to have all the animations tho, so the turning and jumping animations are almost entirely custom.
probably just 3D rendered sprites
i'd really really like to know how they made these sprites... i wonder if it's fully 2d-made or they had 3d renders as a base
