That aside, new users or first-time uploaders usually take a longer time to get approved, especially if it's customs, since the admins have to make sure that the sprites being uploaded aren't stolen or anything like that.
Submissions with no icons are put aside in a "to-do later" list, which means that the admins will approve those some time later than with usual sheets, because they have to make the icons themselves. This also applies if the icon is bad.
Those are 2 reasons your sheet could get taking long to get approved, but remember the common sense reason too: Admins have their own personal life, and this is basically a voluntary job.

Always had this question, if you make a sheet of an au, is that even allowed on the site?, like a swap ralsei sheet for this, would it be allowed?

I feel like there's gonna be quite a bit more content filling out here soon due to the release of Chapter 2.

@EmRuHire and @CosmicMan08 You do realize this is the customs section, right? That means everything seen here is either edited or made from scratch by the people submitting it. If you want to see more content here, make it and submit it yourself. There is no issue with staff "checking this section" - if there are no submissions to it, then there's nothing to add. On top of that, the full game these customs are based on isn't even out yet.

Perhaps expand your horizons a bit and take a look at any of the hundreds of other sheets that are uploaded weekly in the meantime.

CosmicMan08 specifically, I do see your pending submissions but most have only been in the queue for a day. tSR's queue tends to process a bit quicker than the other sites so even your oldest submission shouldn't be waiting for too much longer, especially since you've included icons. So be patient and they should be reviewed in the near future.

@EmRuHire This place lacks so much activity that most of the submissions are by the same person, I think the mods just aren't checking this section

Damn, this place still lacks any new content. Even after eight months.
I expected to see an Undertale Battle Styled Ralsei by now. But nope.
Good thing you can look that up with ease and find it on DeviantArt or Pintrest or whatever.

I'm working on making GB style art of deltarune characters so expect some activity in here. If they get accepted, that is.
