I am confused as of why they gave mario different sprites for SMB1 and SMB3, but the SMB1 sprites are based of of the SMB3 ones? Always confused me that they didn't base the SMB1 sprites off of SMB1, or have SMB1 and SMB3 have the same sprites |

It's interesting they modified the Doom pistol, chaingun and rocket launcher into Wolf3D style for this port. Even funnier when Doom's pistol is a completely different gun. (They turned the original Beretta 92FS into a Luger) |

Interestingly, the only time this version of Metal Sonic is referred to as Metal Sonic Kai is in the Encyclo-speed-ia, although Ian Flynn stated this is a revision rather than a mistake. However, I would still go the safe route in keeping this character unnamed, especially considering regular Metal Sonic in Chaotix is actually a rebuilt version (hence the "Kai" in the original Japanese manual) and not the original from Sonic CD. |

Added Kitakami (The Teal Mask DLC's map), a fixed section of Paldea's map from the same update, and the header/footer images, as well as removed unnecessary/unintentional transparencies (which in turn brought the filesize down a lot). |
