It probably will come back on when the game is officially released on consoles as you can only play it on PC/Steam Deck at the moment...

It had really great sprite art. (I do get why it isn't allowed though. Please don't attack me saying "Sonic.EXE doesn't deserve to be on this website", because I know.)

Nov 6, 2024 7:45 PM * Keenfan1990 Asset: Objects & Effects (Animated) @Dolphman I had a bit of trouble at the beginning, as ChaosEdit (yes, it can actually read Corridor 7 files) doesn't include the extra cycle palettes or even the infrared, but I was able to get into a pretty good workflow after a bit. Thank god Aseprite has palette remapping capabilities.

Probably the hardest of these were the two infrared traps, as they're completely black in the standard palette. I had to take a screenshot to get the proper colors and go back into ChaosEdit to change the palette from Corridor 7 to Wolf3D, then remap the gray and blue from Wolf into the red seen here.

I'll also be re-ripping the weapons soon, as the taser and rocket launcher also have palette cycling.
