Screw Mobile/Egg Vortex		 What's strange is that this specific boss makes the normal black color of the palette for the player, monitors, and other objects using that same palette makes it the same black like in Sonic 1 & 2.

Rings & Special Rings		 The HUD changes color with the Hyper Ring as they both use the same palette line. It also explains why nearby Rings also flash different palettes.

Miscellaneous 2D Elements		 @RichieDoesVG: Probably not, but considering it's got a similar filename to the Cat Mario/Peach and Rosalina sprites, and some respective sounds were added to PatchBalloon.bfsar (e.g. "WsMoDotLuigiReactionCapVoice"), I think they also act the same way Mario / Peach do... but as for where only time will tell.

To be precise, there's a movie theater.
Inside it, there's an 8-bit pipe to Mario 1's 1-1.
As you may know, the fifth pipe leads to a secret cave.

Tiles, yes, I believe so. As for items, there are some differences (the Worn-Out Glove, for example, is exclusive to Ancient Stone Tablets).

Vs. Super Mario Bros.		 Before anybody asks (although they wouldn't ask here), it is NOT possible to get to the Minus World/World 36 without hacking. Seriously, a few blocks that are used to perform the glitch in 1-2 are completely gone. Oh, and maybe some weird design changes for levels as well. (Shouldn't this game be in the Switch section too since technically it was rereleased there?)
