Angry Sun (Tales of the World-Style)		 I personally quite like this sheet, mostly because of how it’s more original; instead of being a ball of combusting gas, this one’s made of what appears to be metal. Kinda reminds me of your ToTW Hammer Bro that looks more badass than it does in the actual games.

Fire Emblem: Fates		 The alpha channels in the map sprites are actually used for stuff other than transparency. I separated them here.

For the bodies, the brighter the shade of grey, the closer it is to the front. It is used for overlaying parts of the bodies onto the head. So for example the main body is drawn first, then the head, then whatever the brighter shade is indicating (usually weapons).

For heads it probably is just used to indicate the hair.

You see, back then 3D model rendering took a very long time, and it probably took long until they noticed the error in the model's eye positions.

Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius		 You know, it just occurred to me. There's a long gap between now and when the Cloud and Sephiroth sprites were uploaded, with no other additions to the FF7 group. It's almost like those two are the only characters people like to talk about from that game.
