To be fair, this is essentially a glorified resize and recolor, but there's a deceptive amount of work that went into full color remapping of certain segments and contrast adjustments to replicate the way that the Doom palette was used in Doom 1/2. Also the projectiles are from scratch replications. |

@Deep Weeb: Tiki, I believe, is a recurring character. I don't know which games she's appeared in, but I do know that she's 500 years old in her child form (in one game), and 2000 in her more mature form (in a different game). This being a massive crossover of the whole franchise, of course they'd have both. |

There are clearly more differences than just the eyes, and even some custom poses. And to be fair, it's a simple character in a simple style, not a whole lot else they could have done without going off-model. |
