It sure is odd that luigi was a recolor in the mega drive bootleg while mario and everything else that's Mario was edited from the all stars style, and luigi wasn't a recolor in the all stars style. Now this is definitely a yes.

@Gaia I would mix them in with the 8-bit levels, like this: Green Hill Zone > Bridge Zone > Jungle Zone > Marble Zone > Labyrinth Zone (8-bit) > Spring Yard Zone > Star Light Zone > Labyrinth Zone (16-bit) > Scrap Brain Zone > Final Zone > Sky Base Zone.
