Technically he was brought back for Capcom vs SNK 2, and those sprites were used in the reduxes. |

mgmmgr is Megami Meguri! Animal Sanrio would be "Animal Crossing: New Leaf Sanrio Characters Collaboration". Kind of a mouthful, haha. Sanrio is listed as "Sanrio Characters" in-game too. Todofuken is "Map of Japan: 47 Prefectures" and Karesansui simply means "Zen Garden". |

The last name "Hoshi" was only used in the Street Fighter movie and cartoon, he has no canon last name in the official games. |

@sebi On an NES, the sprite layer can use four palettes at a time, so the values associated vary. The scenery layer has four palettes of its own, but sometimes the values they're given look like the ones on the sprite layer. Goombas and bricks actually use separate palettes, but the values assigned are only different in underwater stages. |
