Added the altered Medusa sprite from the recent re-release. And before anybody asks, no the Harpy sprite was NOT actually modified similarly, I made sure to reach stage 5 to double-check before submitting this, only Medusa was altered. |

@Austin Back in my day, it was this one, no contest. Only really forward-thinking fan-games like Super Mario Sunshine 64 (and its more famous remake) used Superstar Saga sprites. On rare occasions, you'd see SMAS SMB1 sprites instead. |
