@kewlzonic I know this is an old comment, but this video by the same guy is an explanation of the Special Stages in Sonic 3 which uses a different technique. (Yes, I know that's an old comment, but just thought I'd share.)

the directions are correct, his left and right poses just mislead you into the opposite direction. so like, in his left pose what counts is the hand to the left while the rest of his body leans to the right, and his right pose the knee counts while he leans right.
i find it to be a cool detail, like he's trying to throw you off, he's tricky.

@TheMorningFlash15 they can be exported as .obj files and they can be rendered as 3d objects using the same format the game uses to render the models in-game (I think?). There are some very old exporters for the original Star Fox that allowed you to view the models. The export button was broken, but the original creator of the exporter recently converted all of them to obj. files for download: https://twitter.com/vl_tone/status/1287933393515274242

Can someone rip the town menu backgrounds? I was mildly mind blown when I learned that Victory had a more visual menu for towns since I first played the Re;Birth trilogy before the originals, kinda makes sense that Re;Birth3 omitted it since having 9 different town menus would kinda be beyond the capabilities of the PS Vita. Kinda mildly disappointed that VII and VIIR didn't bring back the more visual town menus, I guess the simple menu system they used in the Re;Birth games was just easier to do and faster to navigate.

If you're joining, we would be grateful if you were joining to - at the very least - critique the work as it goes (even if you don't feel your spriting skills are on par with what is sought for for the project, input is still valuable), without giving us any impressions of false pretences - that is, joining for the sake of a few minutes' worth of looking around and leaving again - it would only be clear to us in that light that you were there for the sake of pinching stuff before it's ready for public domain usage. We do have a policy in place to permanently bar people who think it's fine to come in, spend a few minutes looking around, and leave the server immediately, and we'd rather not have to use it ad nauseum because someone has sticky fingers/wants to utilise something still in development because "It's Cool™". I'm not looking to scare people off, just demonstrate to the staff team on the server that you're not there for a bit of petty thievery.
