| Oct 5, 2023 3:56 AM | Worldblender | Asset: HOME Menu Icon | @DogToon64 The hactool program is a much better method than taking screenshots that are stored in JPG format and will further decrease the image quality. You will need access to the game files in NSP format; as a general rule, after extraction, it's almost always the second largest NCA file, after the largest one that contains the actual game files. You will end up with the icons ending in .DAT, but are actually JPG files with dimensions 256x256. It's too much for me to explain here, but let me know if you want more specific steps. |

(This also extends to cutscene images and cookie skill sheets but the jellies are my main priority.) Thanksies! |

This game was created by Shigeru Miyamoto and in the creation of Super Mario Bros 3, he used this sprite to create Yoshi. Obs: Yoshi was planned for Super Mario Bros 3 but as they couldn't find space at the time, they took advantage of him (which was a common Dinosaur sprite) and used it in Super Mario World, and to compensate for the lack of a pet, they created Mario's transformations (Tanuki, Frog). |
