Don't overwork yourself! The point of my comment was that I think sheets should not be replaced if they don't need to be, especially if the new sheet has less content to work with. This is not meant to be a jab towards you or anyone else on this website, I have more of an issue with how the website itself handles sheets, since the previous sheets aren't archived and people still spent lots of time on said sheets. It feels counterintuitive to replace a sheet that already has everything on it. The reason I pointed out the 16x16 tiles specifically is because they can be used to make new tiles if needed, and (for a sprite artist like I) it can be useful to study the lone tiles and how they connect. Thank you for responding, that is more than I expected. |
