I really like this guy's design, I don't know why, he feels like a long lost Mario brother. I might make a custom model of him with Luigi as a base.
I think I saw this in the intro for AVGN's Double Vision episode and wondered "who is this Waluigi looking character" but in that video he was more blue/purple which may have been to do with the chroma-key effect they were using.
That's exactly what I thought when I rewatched that video again, I had an impulse to rip it because I wanted to know about this game for years.
