Actually I think those are supposed to look like that in a "metalwork" style.
the key and the bell are way too low in polygon count to be rendered at that high of a resolution.
The more detailed pineapple sticks out like a sore thumb among the other plasticy-looking stuff
In grotesque high-definition!
it could also be the materials used.
