@Doc von Schmeltwick Yeah. In order to fight one, you have to fight a Blooper, and there's a possible chance you'll fight them.
@Madbird It still spawns behind other enemies.
I don't think the Elite version was used ever. It was never seen in the overworld in Oho Ocean.
