There's emulators for it that you can snap screenshots in.
How can you even rip zx spectrum sprites?
It's not an exact port- it uses all-original levels with some new tiles.
What's with the tiles to the very right? They weren't in SMB1 (Which I'm assuming this is a port of)
Yeah this game had an... interesting way of displaying more than two colors in a tile.
