Sega used a fan sprite without permission?
Although to be fair, that sprite looks like a Sonic Battle sprite with the posing and styling, so I don't blame them if they thought it was a sprite of their own.

Why did they use Joe T.E.'s custom Super Sonic here? I mean it's not a bad sprite, but still, why?
Do any of these actually use graphics from Sonic 2? I'm only seeing 1, CD and Advance. IMMEDIATE EDIT: oh i guess the slot?
