I'm honestly glad Scott Pilgrim writers went for something obscure like CaDH instead of something obvious like Mario or Pac-Man
He's a reference to a character from Clash at DemonHead. Tom Guycot. A thug who wears a skeleton costume. (Though the Nintendo Power art has him as a full skeleton)
