I could be wrong, but i'm pretty sure this game was being made during the production of the movie meaning the animation wasn't made and the comics also weren't colored. This game was also not being handled by Bryan Lee O'Malley, so the crew just had to make up some of the character's colors. Weird inconsistencies like this are plenty like Matthew's jacket being black instead of beige like in the movie.
Personally, I dunno why they gave Lisa pink hair unlike the blonde hair she had in the comics and the Animation.
