The original SMW Bob-omb graphics just plain sucked, having only 2 colors (3 if you count the flashing...still, more could have been done even then).
The only thing changed about Buzzy Beetle is the shell, in order to have it fit over Mario's head realistically.
Spiny's shell alone did not have graphics in SMW.
Fishbone uses the SMW graphics, then adds some edits to account for its new behavior.
Hammer Bro. and Amazing Flyin' Hammer Bro. are completely different in proportion and design, and the latter only had one pose that got flipped.

We already had sprites for the Bob-Omb, the Buzzy Beetle, the Spiny shell the Bone fish and Hammer Bro. (the AMAZING FLYING HAMMER BROS.) So... why remake THOSE?
I Mean, Bowser is GIANT, i understand remaking THAT but why enemies that already have sprites?

Honestly, I don't see why so many people complain about these sprites not being true to Super Mario World's style. For the most part, they fit the style nicely, and the only ones I'd really complain about are the Bowser, Bowser Jr., Dry Bones, and Hammer Bro Sprites.

@LooneyTunerIan: I wish you'd stop whining all the time and just appreciate what's given to you. You really need to get out of the mindset that everyone's here to cater to your needs. It's the exact same mindset you had over on MFGG for a year. It's what caused you to get muted there, and I and numerous other people had warned you about such a thing happening. Yet apparently you didn't learn your lesson, which baffles me because it's really not hard to understand.

Content creators for sites like this and MFGG, as well as professional game developers themselves, cannot go out of their way to please everyone by making every tiny thing every individual person asks them to. It's completely unrealistic, especially for companies like Nintendo. Just enjoy what's available to you now and if they choose to add more content, they will.

@Fillerthefreak: I think they did that to be consistent with the other game styles, since Rotating Blocks are the SMW equivalent to Brick Blocks, which turn into coins in the other styles.

The older Bowser sprites just clashed with SMW's style too much. This new one fits a bit more, but not perfectly.

Also, the bob-omb, bone fish, and boo have some minor changes to their sprites.

What I have a complaint with is that the P-switches turn coins into turning blocks, rather than empty brown blocks on Mario Maker's SMW.

I also think the main complaint is that they use way too much black outlining. Like, no other sprite in the game really does it to that large a degree.

They do look great, but I think the problem people have with them is how him and most of the new sprites don't use the official palette. Shouldn't be too hard to convert them.
Buzzy Beetle's shell spin is different from the original too.

In before people start complaining how Bowser's sprites aren't accurate to the original game.

I think the new sprites are much better overall.
