Probably the least memorable Robot Masters excluding the Rockman & Forte/Mega Man & Bass robot masters.
Added a few extra palettes for the Robot Masters (minus Strike Man, Sheep Man and Nitro Man) from the prototype and added a missing palette shade to both Solar Man and Commando Man.
Actually they are Robot Masters, but so are Mega Man and Roll.
@stormpuma: They're also not technically "Robot Masters" either, which is why they're not here.
There is no Mega Man Killer in here!
