I would always save current progress, maybe all 15-20 minutes so the time loss isn't too bad when something happens.
@Ya Block, I'd recommend enabling an auto save feature of sorts in whatever you use for image editing.
I was Making the sheet for shrek until my laptop decided to shutdown
it took me ~2 hours to rip the sprites

My favorite part of the game when Shrek has a seizure when walking
Put the "s" at the end of the title and you also see where the game stole its subtitle from.
The game stole music from Zelda
