It represents all the warriors who have fought in great wars to defend this nation... great wars against half-humanoid apes from the jungle! The warriors wielded blades, shields, armors and rode on mighty horses, while the enemy apes wielded strange magical bongos and had a real feel for rhythm. In the end they all ended up dancing together, and thus the war ended. The end.

...Oh, and there was one girl from space who wore a visor and rode around in a UFO who contributed what little power she had to this war. The power of... fireflies and lasers? What a strange ability!
