It's Been Two Weeks!
Response to the new version has been overwhelmingly positive and we want to sincerely thank all of you for the kind words and feedback (both positive and critical - we've implemented plenty of suggestions even since the launch). We're still working to improve things, especially when it comes to the tagging system and if all goes well, that should be much more usable in the near future.
In the meantime, enjoy this week's new content! Mobile and PC are standouts for their sheer volume but there's lots to see over a ton of different consoles so give it all a look, enjoy, and have a great weekend! We'll see you next week!

spriters resource being down was a nightmare since i needed it to freakin get mario bros 1 sprites for a freakin slideshow but luckily i just used wayback machine and an nsmb font lol
Today is 2-5. The servers may have crashed but my immune systems haven't! It was not a stomach bug but my body having allergy problems. I'm here and happily looking at squares and triangles!

I got a cold yesterday, it sucks.

The only thing I miss about the old site is the pixelated Mario in the top left, from around 2006.
Not related but is there any way to see the names of pending assets (like in the old site) so there isn't a submission clash?

We didn't have room in the new footer regardless but opted to remove them due to only Sprite Database being actively updated these days. We may still provide a link to them somewhere if we can find a logical place to do so though.
Hi my sheet got rejected because the backgrounds of the textures were white instead of transparent but the actual textures of the files have that white background even though the games uses code to remove the white parts. I tried resubmitting with a new sheet that has transparent backgrounds but it doesn't let me, what can I do?
It felt weird seeing the SEGA CD get split from the SEGA Gens + 32x Section and now the SEGA 32X is a split category!??!?!? That's craszy!

hey, I just noticed during my latest resource dive... where's the site affiliates? Did you do away with the links to spriters database and sprites inc entirely? I tend to cross-reference all three when trying to get the best sheets.
