This Game Over screen is somewhat "rare," and it's obtained when you're near a random girl (who aren't recurring characters like Oyuki, Ryūno, Benten, etc.). If a specific option appears (I don't remember the command's name, but I know it seemed like Ataru was trying to convince her of something), and this causes a crystal to break and...Game Over! And this can happen in acts 3 and 4 (and the game is divided into 4 acts).
