Note: Some of "Font 2" is completely original and meant to be a reconstruction of the style, as such, they are intentionally lacking the cyan background. Either they did not include all of the font in the tilemap to save space (which, why? You got Kanji that you can boot from the PAL version) or these tiles just don't show up in RAM on these menus for some reason.
