The first "Super Mario World" that had Toad. The original didn't have him, for some reason.
Defeated Bowser, saw the ending and discovered more Toad sprites when they're all at Yoshi's house to see the retrieved eggs hatch.
Found it! I ripped them, and an update is on it's way!
Near the fortress where you fight Nothorton is a level with a red spot, which indicates that a secret path is possible. You can already see a pipe north of it. This pipe leads you to Toad's Secret Isle, where you can find a Yoshi egg, one feather and a fire flower.

Toad's Secret Isle has him sitting on a bench with a drink.
