Ingame tile priorities: 4
1. house with magnifying glass sign: bow with red flowers (upper layer) is swallowed by lower layer.
2-4. All three towers are missing brown bricks (upper layer) on their right side.
First I wasn't too sure about these, but now I'm pretty sure these are graphical errors instead of deliberate design choices.
The most obvious ones were the cut off crate in Ionis and the cut off flower bowl in Tropp.
