Just like the bgs for the fight on the Calnus (row 2, no. 3) and against Asmodeus / Jie Revorse (row 5, no. 1 / 3), it is only used once.
The one for Fargett (row 4, no. 3) on the other hand is used twice, just like the battle bg for Clatos & Astral Castle Town (row 3, no. 1).
Everything else (various caves, Astral / Sylvalant Kingdom, Demon World, Parj Temple, Treasury, Revorse Tower) is used over and over again.
