Hurricane looks better with the flat Mohawk rather than the afro he sported in the OG Arcade Punch-Out!! Don't you think?
Oh, you're right! I totally forgot about that!
Actually Piston Hurricane is from the original Arcade game. They technically dropped him for Honda in the NES game.
I guess that Eyebrow animation was just too amazing to animate in 32 bit graphics
So strange that they just dropped Honda for Hurricane.
