I actually hate Hoy Quarlow. It took me at least 250 attempts to get my PB time... just for it to be 2 frames short of the WR. Very frustrating.

As you can see there's missing tiles on his dodging sprite and one of his shoving sprites, if you figure out how to extract those tiles, feel free to update the sheet.
The only time he actually attacks you with his hands is with his open palm strike, something not allowed in boxing.
