@Barack Obama: The PC version is (and by extent the console re-releases are) just a translated ROM in an emulator shell, so the usual SNES ripping methods are still the best option.

Maybe the PC version is worth a try.
@Ganbare-Lucifer It would have made more sense (or with some sprite changes a Renegade sequel as the name is actually referring to Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun and not Downtown Story/River City Ransom) but it was down to that WayForward took some inspiration from this game for River City Girls. Guess it is a marketing thing.
@Octavian III As it is the case of many games and not just this one. Mainly down to lack of interest, beat em ups and fighting games are often harder to rip from, also down to that for years this game is Japanese only (I don't know if the River City Girls Zero version is emulated with changes done on the fly). It is possible to rip via bsnes-rawpalettes but it requires knowing the game very well to rip from.
If you're going down the ROM ripping route, there is quite a lot of compression making you pretty much have to be a programmer and reverse engineer. Saying that there are some rippable sprites such as Kunio, Kyoko, Misako & Riki head sprites, a few other characters, the bike (without the characters), a car and a police car.

i wish i knew how to rip games myself. i really wanted to see at the sprites and backgrounds of this.

Why they localized this as a River City Girls game? It would have opted for something like Super River City Ransom.
This is one game, that may NEVER be completely ripped.
The person who ripped these sprites forgot to include the sideways-facing bike riding sprite, also when they get hurt during the bike stages.
