To be fair, most Pac-Man villains that aren't the core 4 ghosts disappear very quickly since it can't keep a consistent lore.
@MakeKillaSam I'm guessing she was Namco's way of using something in place of Mezmaron from the Hanna Barbera show
The Ghost Witch was a weird concept. No wonder why they abandoned it after like 2 games
