XVII is the Star card, not the World card. I don't know who edited this but they removed the Star card and placed the World card on top of it. There are 22 cards in the Major Arcana, which doesn't fit neatly into a grid like this. This image is incorrect and edited for the Star card (missing) and the World Card (Which is XXI).
