Found the manual for Milandra on the internet and thanks to Deathbringer's translation, every major character in this game has now a name. A few characters have variations, because more than one translation is possible.
Gamingsanctuary (http://www.gamingsanctuary.com/Milandra.html) calls the dancer (bottom left) Zukeeya, the old magician on the right is called Storow. Even ages are given, with Zukeeya being 17 years and Stokow being 77 years old. The protagonist (top left) seems to be unnamed and no information for the rest of the recruitable heroes exist.
