Yeah, the legs are distinctly different.
The guy in the sheet is the man with the overgrown lawn.

Added the credits variant for the smithing sfx.
I noticed that both look very similar, but they're actually different NPCs.
I think the second waving man, with the mustache, is the retired thief who opens the locked chest for you. So he'll have more coming.
Also arranged some of the sprites differently, running man is now closer to his sfx and the bug-catching boy is right next to his credit animations.
