@striker212 I guess it's because they didn't have a standard Enemy. Seriously, Hammer wasn't given by a regular, non-Miniboss, Common Enemy until Forgotten Land's Mookie.

I always found it odd that you could just summon a mid-boss like Bonkers or Bugzzy...
