Oh geez! Feel free to update the sheet with the correctly aligned sprites, then.
The image of Vegeta isn't rendered properly in-game. Sprites on his ass and right leg are misaligned to overlap by 1px. Here's the correct image using bsnes-rawpalettes:
EDIT: Forgot to add that Goku's right foot is also misaligned because of how the sprite was horizontal-flipped.
