Added the Scande workers + palette and the customer from Spring.
Wing clan member in white dress / Ross' wife was placed below the green palette when she was actually using the blue one. It is now fixed.
Added the Dark Tower watchman.
Added the used NPCs for petrification, zombification and the Manillo bar in Auria. Also added young Cerl, but I erased her duplicate palette since she just uses the same as the kings. I also separated the dirt-eating clan palettes from the interchangeable ones, since they're restricted and can only be recoloured into each other.
