Part of growing up is realising that Tails' Sonic 3 sprites are just his Sonic 2 sprites but with new flying sprites and a ton of red removed

I think the re-rip was needed, honestly. There was too much extra stuff on the other version like the Master Emerald for some reason.
@Beaky - There is another update coming with extra, missing palettes.
