Says on the sheet - there are more clouds present in this version compared to the Japanese.
what's the change
It was reflexive, with the Japanese version being the template for this sheet. I'd rather keep it split up, for those who want to mix and match the positions each strip.
I don't remember the US version having parallax scrolling in the clouds
